This is one of the best KFC around if the manager that cares is working. Today was not that day 1st thing is got yelled at while ordering my food then proceeded to get a uncooked biscuit,fries and chicken it also smells like turkey wich makes no sense made the call to not eat it so I don’t get sick sad cause the normally kill it.

Ordered through the app, the drive-thru claimed there wasn’t a mobile order, I provided the address from which I ordered, and was told that they didn’t have some of the items I ordered. (It seemed like she was trying to avoid making the order entirely by claiming it wasn’t received, but whatever.) Asked them to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told they couldn’t do it from their end, and that I’d have to go through there website (probably more laziness and apathy on their end). The site/app wasn’t helpful. Called support, still on hold as I type up this review. I’m awaiting a refund, and until I receive one, I won’t be eating at any KFC.

Corporate needs to raid the place. For the last 4 years I have bought a original bucket here and it is nothing like it used to be. I am served a bucket of greasy chicken with little or no original breading. Although the price is high, I really don’t mind paying for the Colonel’s recipe I remember from when I was younger. I have no intention of stopping at my neighborhood store again unless you go out there and make things right ! Please.

It’s a shame that KFC nolonger cares about product quality. The chicken was just terrible. I had original and the extra crispy chicken. That was the worst chicken I’ve had from KFC in a long time. I suggest the leaders should spend more money on training the cooks. I went when they had just opened, so it was no reason for me to get poor product . I was so disappointed I just threw everything away. Very disappointed!!
