This was the worst KFC experience I have ever had. To start off, the employee taking our order was extremely rude. We ordered our food and it was very cold except for the freshly microwaved mushy mac n cheese. The chicken was old and dried out which is disappointing because that’s what’s your restaurant is for. We did not receive our fries but an employee assured us that they would bring it to us as soon as they were done cooking. About 5 minutes goes by and I know the fries are done because I’ve worked in fast food. I walk up to the counter to get my fries and no one was in the back, not a soul in sight. So I go sit back down and about another 10 minutes goes by and I finally see an employee to ask for my fries. I then get cold fries because at this point they’ve probably should have been trashed but no that would be too simple. Overall all my food was cold and gross. The restaurant was dirty and the pop machine had sticky pop everywhere and the employees were extremely rude. The bathroom had no soap and that in itself is disgusting because how are the employees washing their hands? I will not be returning here again and I warn you to do the same.

Ordered online. Waited until the pick up time. It still wasn’t ready. They were out of bacon so I got a sandwich with cold cheese and cold fries plus, a cold pot pie. The store was very clean though.

A lot these reviews don’t make sense based on pricing and information. This is the better KFC out here. The one on Monroe Street they don’t care and they will tell you to your face they don’t care about your order. If you want to save a headache, and leave with better food go to this one.

The famous bowl now has 5 pieces of chicken. Never advertised that the famous bowl downsized from 10 pieces of chicken to 5 pieces for the same price. It’s bs was expecting 10 chicken not 5. Kids were so upset on the less chicken.
