Lunch hour today: 1) In Saline, it’s a KFC/Taco Bell – today only KFC (not the first time this is the case, but I understand short staffed, etc.). I was informed of this after waiting in line about 15 minutes to order. Fine, I wanted KFC anyway. 2) There’s a sign flapping on the speaker that says “cash only”. Fortunately, I had a little cash. 3) I ordered a pot pie – they didn’t have any, so I order something else which was more $ (also not the first time they didn’t have something on their menu). 4) My bill was $10.15, which seemed like a lot for 3 tenders and mashed potatoes, but whatever that’s what I ordered I’ll pay it. I go to hand the person at the window $20.15 and she says “we’re only taking exact change” I say, you don’t have a $10 bill you can give me back with the 5 cars in front of me giving you exact change? No, will only accept exact change, $10.15. UGH!!!

Absolutely useless place, negative 5 stars. Over the past 2 yrs, every single time I have gone there, they either have only one restaurant or the other open, or they can not take a card or cash or vice versa. Today, they said I must have exact change in cash, so my order come to $6.87. I had a $20 bill and 87 cents. they wouldn’t take that, stating they can not take large bills. Apparently, a $20 bill is a large bill, and i didn’t know that. So if they are only accepting cash, how is it that they can not make change with the money that they are taking? Maybe they can’t count, ♀️ Makes absolutely no sense. This place should just close its doors. I will not be coming here anymore to waste my time or put up with the snotty demenour and attitude of the staff either.

This place is horrible!! Everytime I go there which is not very often, I wait FOREVER!! For instance today I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes 3rd car in line , it didn’t move so I went to McDonald’s. When driving back to work with my lunch from McDonald’s I drove past and the car that was there when I left was still waiting to order This place before covid happened used to be amazing. So so sad

I’ve been going to this KFC off and on for about two years. I’ve had a lot of trouble with product availability and the accuracy of my orders. For example, the last two times I went they hadn’t prepared enough chicken and were out. The first time, they told me I could wait 25 minutes. I said okay and waited. I went home and found my order was wrong. I was given white meat instead of dark and the potatoes were missing. The second time they didn’t give me the option of waiting. I got nothing.

There is no food… Ever.. Every time I go to this location there is a 30 minute wait for chicken. It wasn’t a large order and it doesn’t take that long to fry chicken. You don’t want my money? That’s okay, I will go somewhere that does. I urge everyone to not waste your time with this place.

The chicken was extremely greasy, even oil was pooled up at the bottom of the bucket, forgot our biscuits. Tried to call, the phone kept ringing, then picked up, hung up and put off the hook, so each call after resulted in a busy signal. So disappointing.

This used to be the best KFC in the area. Went downhill fast. The workers are rude and ignorant and cannot manage to fill even a simple order without mistakes. Forgot our drinks and told us unapologetically we would have to go thru the drive through again which was six cars deep and not moving. Will NOT go here again!

Every time I come here they forget at least one thing in my order. Just tonight we were missing 12 piece nuggets and biscuit. Called multiple times and no one answers. Made the drive all the way back after already being home, and they didn’t want to fulfill the order because they never gave us a receipt!! The manager was rude, aggressive, and caused more issues than resolution. Never going back again.
