My husband and I were so impressed with our order on last evening, I had to call back and give the manager a shout out!!! Fresh food, cooked to perfection like KFC did in the 80’s best fast food I’ve had in 15 years no joke!!! Keep doing the dang on thang KFC you all have grown folk running this one; I wish they all could take a page out of your playbook!!!

I think with any place you are bound to wait even though you put in in order a while back. Like any restaurant, I like to make sure I got what I ordered. Similar to other reviews I also was missing a portion of my order. What made it difficult to check on my order was the fact that the bag was sealed right in front of me after a wait in the lobby. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to double check if they’ve provided an accurate order. If there’s been a few reviews talking about the incomplete orders, shouldn’t there be a process improvement? I mean I heard them or at least it sounded like they were coordinating to complete my order but the end result just didn’t match up. Nevertheless, the chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken tenders, and corn were great this time around but I’d hate to come back just to be disappointed by another incomplete order.

I was a disappointment when I asked for some honey mustard after ordering a 16pcs family meal $45.00 and she told they were not free and they costed $.20 each I asked if she was kidding and she said NO I told her to keep them I’ll go somewhere else next time I want chicken for dinner. That’s like asking for ketchup at McDonald’s and they don’t have any issues about giving it to you. But you don’t pay $45 there

WORST PLACE EVER. Not even just worst KFC worst fast food place in this ever. Don’t even know how to make a sandwich on their menu. An all the staff is very rude. Including the EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. Don’t waste ur time they’re better off going to Popeyes or going to the kfc on Wayne rd. Would give zero stars if possible…
