On July 25, 2023 I ordered the newer 12 piece chicken nuggets for my granddaughter and I…whoever packed our order counted two little hard fried droppings of batter as 2 nuggets, couldn’t believe that! And if that wasn’t bad enough the nuggets were awful grizzly and tasted like poor quality chicken! We will not be back!!!

Went through drive thru…ordered a bowl with xtra chicken and xtra gravy…was told to pull up…we did and sat there for 20 minutes…we backed up to the drive thru window when no one was in line…honked and asked where my food was and the girl said *OH* and slammed the window shut…then came back with a bag with my bowl..I checked and it hardly had any chicken so I said * What’s this we paid for xtra chicken and it does not have barely any chicken and you made us wait for 20 minutes and forgot about us and we paid for xtra chicken I want my xtra Chicken* She slammed the window again then came back with another bag and said you only get 3 nuggets when you order xtra…we left and got home…took bowl out and Guess What??? There was NO GRAVY IN IT… And upon eating it the CHICKEN WAS SO HARD AND OLD COULD NOT EAT WHAT I PAID FOR AND PAID XTRA FOR. l will NEVER go back to this KFC and will NOT refer to friends or family…Very Disappointed in this restaurant I Have ALWAYS went too…and just to mention 1 Bowl and 2 Medium Pepsi’s was $14.00 dollars…

I can’t even explain how simply horrible the service and food is. What they have done would be to long for me to tell it all. Below are pics of the old greasy food that they always serve. Dried out grease soaked into the chicken will make your stomach upset. Believe me. And when you go in they all stand around doing nothing and not addressing the issue of the food that just physically makes you sick. Just don’t go there. The pics are supposed to be their all white meat juicy popcorn chicken. As you can see it is not. Just disgusting

ZERO STARS Those are thee most DISRESPECTFUL, IMMATURE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL group of people who lack customer service. They gave me food with hair in it. The guy at the window who wore glasses had dirty nails and was handling the money and food. There are other restaurants nearby. Please do yourself a favor and DON’T go there or you will get sick!!! Whoever worked at 3pm on a Sunday are a bunch of nasty people. Please get better people in there who are clean and wash their hands and wear head covers.

They saved my little sister’s bridal shower. My aunt didn’t have enough food for 40 people so I drove to kfc and got 2- 16 pc meals. And everyone ate and had a good time. Thank you so much for helping me out.

The guy wasn’t that helpful and had a bit of a tone while we were struggling to read the menu also rated low because of how expensive everything is for everything we got (which wasn’t a lot) was still like 20 bucks for two people I love KFC but I don’t get to eat there much at all I’d say about 3 times a year if that due to the prices
