Pulled up to drive thru, was sitting behind 2 cars for 10 min, they ordered and then it was my turn and the y lady said they are only taking orders inside. So I pulled in parking spot. Walked inside. Waited 5 minutes for 1 person to see me. Lady finally saw me and asked if I was door dash and I said no I’m ordering. She said please wait a couple minutes, taking DoorDash orders. 5 minutes later I finally ordered with a gentleman. Then lady came back to front after another 5 minutes asking for what I ordered. 2 #17’s which is the famous bowls. 10 minutes later I received my food. So end of story, not worth the 35 minute wait for this food. Not coming back to this store ever again.

All the food was messed up and we ordered a large fries and went back and still won’t get our fries. We ordered and we had the fries missing and won’t get the fries!! Very upset.

The Sterling heights location on shoenner and Hall Rd. They forgot my order. Others that came after me got their orders before I did. Extremely slow service, dirty inside. Woman that look my order rude. Didn’t apologize. Other were complaining how slow the service was. A person who ordered on the app picked up her order then came back because of missing items.

Absolutely awful. Crew member “Barbara” was incredibly rude. They told us a 10 minutes wait that ended up more than 30 minutes. Employees were scrolling on their phone while customers were waiting. We were ignored when I tried asking how much longer. When I got my food the order was wrong. Visit 08/13 at 5pm

First and last time ordering from this place, I place an order online that was supposed to be ready at 7:25pm last night when we got there to pick up, the food was not ready. The employee said they didn’t have chicken tenders ready, that we had to wait. We waited 40 minutes. We ordered an 8 pc mixed chicken, 8 chicken tenders, large fries, large mashed potatoes, large cole slaw and 4 biscuits, when we get home we had 8 pcs all dark meat, and we were missing the large mashed potatoes we called the store but of course nobody answered because they were closed.

Coming from out of town, I was very pleased with the kindness and respect we received from staff at this location. Ordered the popcorn chicken for my son. Large portion and the fries were really fresh. Also ordered a chicken sandwich for myself, it was crispy and delicious. Thanks for the service guys!

Usually ok but to throw in mashed potatoes for sub of fries AND coleslaw without contacting anyone is lazy and ridiculous. Tiny tenders too. Got partial refund through delivery service. Won’t be back.

Ordered pickup Friday 3-31-23 – wife and I hadn’t had some in years! Ordered 40 minutes before closing, took our payment. When I show up (830) door is locked, so I go to drive through. They tell me it shouldn’t have gone through, they don’t have the food. They’re closing. Laziest workers I’ve ever seen, and we were never refunded. Not one to leave bad reviews, but couldn’t let this one go. Close the whole thing down.
