Went to this location tonight around 9:20pm, they close at 10pm. Ordered a large popcorn chicken, side of mashed potatoes and the chicken tender meal. Asked for ranch and ketchup. They never gave me my drink with my meal and wouldn’t come back to the window. Unprofessional and goofing off. No ranch or ketchup, every single thing we got was hard and old. The fries, tasted hours old. The chicken, awful. Oh and they gave me half of a biscuit, that was also old. Can’t make this stuff up! I tried calling at 9:40 and they have their answering machine on! We threw all of our food away. And are now sitting home, tired and hungry. I’m beyond irritated. I work at a restaurant, have for years. I’ve managed. I don’t understand how a place can be so awful. I’d like to talk with the manager.

Chicken was is cooked and greasy. He give you a biscuit that’s dry no honey or butter. And when I got the coleslaw, it was dry. No dressing on the coleslaw. But the people were specially nice.

What is the point of allowing people to order online and making them go inside to get their order? Sat in the drive thru 10mins and then was told I had to go inside to get it. Waited another 10-15 mins. For an order that was supposed to be ready 30mins ago. Food is hit or miss.
