And if I could I’d put chicken in the lemonade too!!!! Who doesn’t love the colonel and his birds?!?! Always delicious and usually fast…. UPDATE … since the beginning of the pandemic this location has been hurting….expect 30+ minute waits in the drive thru….check your bag before you leave the window and expect they don’t have a couple of the things you want to order… twice they’ve had no ice… once no sauce … once no chicken…. you’ll have to earn these stars colonel

I understand places are short staffed but I stood in line behind a gentleman inside the restaurant and listened to them take six drive through orders. When I asked they said drive through always gets priority. I understand taking more but we were never waited on. I finally went out and got in the drive through line. There has to be a better way.

No management of completely incompetent staff. The window claimed that they charge .35 more for lettuce. She had pull forward after I requested a chicken sandwich with just mustard and lettuce. A male brought out cold burnt fries 5 minutes later with no chicken sandwich. The male stated he would bring out the chicken sandwich. After 10 minutes I went inside and the staff were all standing around and played dumb about the sandwich. The cashier stood mute. Another male with long hair handed me a bag with a frozen fried sandwich and no mustard. Boycott this place!!

If 0/5 was an option I’d pick it. No chicken on a friday night, said fryers were down. Only popcornchickenand strips. Orders stripsand they were hard dry and chewy like they sat under a warmer for hours. No mac and cheese. Ordered extra biscuits and we didnt receive any of them. Not even the ones included in meal. ( Fill up) cashier didn’t say anything to us but our total. And she Moved so slow. We were in drive thru for 35-40 mins. And over 20 mins before we got to speaker to order where they were out of everything! Also there is no way to leave the drive thru.

This is by far the worst kfc there is!!! Everytime i go there, there’s a problem. Tonight’s problem… No chicken. Apparently they don’t have a chicken cook. Order is usually wrong and they’re very slow too!!!!! I know why they only get 2 stars!!!!!!

The food is good but the service is absolutely terrible. Just today I got food from there, asked for two things of gravy and they gave me one half full container of gravy. I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me coleslaw, I asked for mac and cheese and they gave me a not even half full container of it. I ordered biscuits and asked for 4 extra, but instead they gave me 4 biscuits. The chicken they gave me was cold too. And just to top it off the people were extremely rude. I WILL NOT BE GETTING FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Taco Bell / KFC. Not sure where to start… besides the over all lack of service professionalism, the over all quality of this location lacks in so many ways. I understand that today’s youth has a problem with work but this site has to combine all of the slackers of the area. Fair night line, in line for KFC 15 mins before close… yes the line was that long. Up to the window to order we are instructed that KFC is closed, 15 mins prior to window time listings. The mic girl did not want to explain to us why they were closed so early and did not want to wait on us after the question was asked. Stuck in line following traffic, we got up to the window with ignored site. Very sad and for me a direct reason to call corporate on this very facility. Great job guys.. you make the thumb proud.

Went to KFC last night for a 2 piece meal.. first that come up on the order board was a 20 piece bucket…waited someone else got on the speaker straightened that up.. ordered 2 piece white meat, arrived home to 1 piece of chicken.. terribly upset..
