The macaroni and cheese didn’t taste like it used to. The pot pie wasn’t very good. The chicken was over cooked. The bisquits were hard. Only thing that tasted good was the Cole slaw. We have had these dishes before but your food has really gone down hill. I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone and we will not be back.

They were certainly fast but not a soul smiled nor gave good service. The raspberry iced tea tasted funny whether the machine needed flushed is beyond me. the food was normal if normal means tough stringy chicken and overly salted fries.

By far the absolute worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had any restaurant!! Literally an hour wait for a three-piece tender with fries and 4 chicken littles with 4 BBQ sauces and honey mustard sauce. Got the tenders and honey mustard sauce but 3 chicken littles after paying for 4 and a macaroni that we didn’t even order and closed the store before bringing the food out so I couldn’t even get what I paid for. Who owns this ?

Ordered online a couple days ago. Went to pick up the order and noticed an item was missing. Waited for an employee to come to the counter and inquired about the missing item (a Chocolate cake). Employee apologized and said they were out. Had another employee double check in the back for me and told me to go online and request a refund. Got home and went onto the site and placed a ticket. Been several days now and haven’t heard from anyone.

Bad customer service. They just messed up my order and had a bad attitude about it. They were upset about giving me plates to eat in. Also, they had signs on the toilets that they were out of service. Oldest trick to keep from cleaning then. We had 3 kids with us so used them anyways. Such an unclean place.

Stopped there Monday evening after leaving Ann Arbor where my daughter just had surgery and could only eat soft food. The lobby was closed which was disappointing. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they were like rubber. We did not receive any utensils which you need for mashed potatoes. I walked up to the window and said we didn’t get a fork, she looked at me like I’d lost my mind. It was all around an awful experience.

The staff can’t handle more than 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 customers inside. Told us after standing inside for 5 minutes that the dining room was close I had to order at the drive thru. All I wanted was 3 sodas. Never going back the staff is horrible.
