I was there today, Jason was so helpful with my questions and usually when i go there or other places as well the employees aren’t afraid to show the emotion of not wanting to be there. Jason was so friendly and seems to enjoy being there and the the lady who gave me Jason name seems friendly as well. Finally they are getting good workers and they better hold on to them because they are very hard to come by. We barely get good service like this anymore!! Thank you Jason for explaining the menu to me and your patience putting the food together while my husband was making up his mind lol. You are a very rare person to see in a restaurant and its a breath of fresh air for us!!

It’s been over a couple years since the Covid started and all other restaurants have slowly returned dine in back to what it once was, KFC in Greenville MI hasn’t returned there buffet which is very disappointing I used to go there with my family at least once a week for a special night out it was a stand out from the rest of the places in that area would like to see it make a return it would be a hit again!

They used to have a buffet. It was the gem of Greenville. Now they removed the buffet and are still using COVID as an excuse to not bring it back. The dining room is still closed after 3 years. They also raised the prices of everything on the menu. I love KFC but I will never go there again until they bring back the buffet. Really disappointed in the owner. No thanks.

I went and bought a potato bowl here and it did not disappoint! It also only took about a minute for my order to be made. It was delicious and definitely worth the money spent. Only negative thing was the trash cans didn’t have trash bags in them so when we went to throw out our trash we felt so bad that we made more work for the workers, but they were all very kind about it.

I am not writing to seek reimbursement. Only to let you know of my experience yesterday. Drive thru around 1:15. I ordered a 8 PC reg.bucket. What I had when I got home was over fried, warmed up extra crispy!! It tasted so bad we threw it away.
