Mediocre service, at best. Two hours before closing and they had nothing but coleslaw and potatoes for sides. I ordered two meals. One with coleslaw and one with potatoes; both came with coleslaw. I wasn’t asked what kind of chicken I would like (regular, extra crispy, etc), which I didn’t realize until after. At the window, the kid gave me my food and then looked at me like what am I waiting for and I nicely asked for my drinks to which he acted like I was asking for the biggest favor in the world. I realized in the car that he had goofed the drinks, but it was manageable so I wasn’t going to go back. The chicken was all right, so win there, but not the best for service.

When you walk in the whole place smells like a rotten egg fart. Food is hit or miss. I was here a few weeks ago and it was really delicious, this time the sandwich buns were hard (steamed too long then sat cold), but the macaroni was alright. Charged us for 4 biscuits, only got 1. Go through drive through to avoid smells and you’ll be alright.

Never had an issue at this KFC location. The staff is always friendly and the order isn’t ever incorrect! Usually only come for pickup orders but I’m inside it’s just fine also! Keep it up West Saginaw KFC team!

My order was placed inside as the drive thru line was long. The poor kid taking my order was either new or poorly trained with no back up to help him get orders out to the customers. I was first in line but by the time it was noticed that we didn’t get our food, another person behind me was very disgruntled and got a refund. The kid at the counter clearly needed help which he asked for.

Tried the new chicken nuggets, they were okay. I dunno if they were supposed to be so salty, but even for someone who likes salty food they seemed almost too salty. The fries (like every fries I have ever gotten from any KFC were meh).

I threw up in the parking lot. I didn’t get to choose our sides. We weren’t even told where to get cups. Bathroom had a TP roll on the dispenser. Hand towels wouldn’t come out. I was lucky to get soap.

This place sucks, the bathrooms were dirty and smelled like something died, customer service was terrible and they didn’t speak loud at all and the cashier took our money then started making food without gloves and without washing her hands which is absolutely repulsive. The food looked disgusting and we just left. Do not go here.
