Food was good, the rudeness of the girl at the register was not, she was yelling at customers about being short staffed, and they have no idea how busy online orders were and they had to do those first? And everyone else will just have to wait….where was the manager when this girl blew a gasket? She’s not suited for a fast paced environment that’s for sure….wouldn’t even take orders….So everyone inside or at the drive thru couldn’t even place orders??? She just kept getting mad and people were asking for their receipts and she didn’t give them to anyone including us, never expected that…I’m sure you’ll be getting several complaints as customers were not happy, some even left

I order a chicken little with mayo, spicy and pickles and I asked for a packet of sauce honey mustard and when I got the oder the chicken little was not like I order it and there was no honey mustard in the bag I went back around telling the girl what I order she state to me ho we can remake it we can’t take the other back which I understand that but she was going to charge me for something that she messed up my order really are you kidding me. That is poor customer services I ever seen in my life.

Lost me a long time ago. Food quality seems worse every time we order there and the food is almost always cold and dry. No doubt from making a chicken place drive thru accessible? Have had several problems with food not being closed/packaged properly and leading to a mess in the bag. Even the pies I used to love are inedible now. Makes my entire family sick. Nothing notable about the service. Will not be returning.

Would be a five star but here is why. We ate there a couple of days ago and the food was good. We decided to try it again and I asked if there was honey in the bag and they said yes. Well they were right there was honey in there BUT NO BISCUIT. Wondering what I’m supposed to put that on? They did give us a cookie though. Looked at the receipt and we are supposed to get a biscuit AND a cookie. So we lost out on a cookie the last time we were there.
