When we got there we had planned to eat inside, but the lobby was closed. They have Mountain Dew on the menu but said that they didn’t have any. We asked what they DO have, Dr. Pepper was on the list so we picked that. We ordered 4pc. strips, with mashed potatoes and gravy for the side, buffalo ranch, and a famous bowl. Order had to be repeated and corrected multiple times over the speaker, then when we got to the window we were informed that there was no Dr. Pepper either. There was no gravy on the potatoes, no sauce, and no silverware for anything. Needless to say, not the best experience. The food was good , just missing a little bit..

My KFC experiences the last few years (at other locations) have been awful! With hesitation we went to 28th st on July 4th and had a great experience! No waiting for chicken, friendly and cheery staff, orders prepared correctly, and food coming out the window right after we paid. I won’t give my local KFC a dime, but I will this one. Thank you all staff that made this a good experience, and made the good food, on a holiday.

Gal at the cash register never smiled, said what I ordered was not available until I pointed to it on the menu board, then still got the order wrong. The mashed potatoes and gravy came with no gravy. All this for a simple meal that cost over $14.

Today I went to KFC when it opened at 1100. I tried to use a Corporate Coupon received from the website. It was for 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit for $2.99. I was told as this was a Franchise they did not have to accept the coupon. A coupon coming from the Corporate website should be accepted no matter what!

If I could leave a big fat zero I would… The dining room was closed. Had to use drive through, had a very long wait on placing the order it almost seems like they were taking an order then filling it before taking the next order. I wanted a special order and was told no they didn’t have a cook. So I ordered a normal bucket crispy & sides. I pulled forward to pay and asked if I could add to my order but was told no again I would have to go back and get online again

The sign on their store and drive-through says that they close at nine, but if you’re reading this you probably can see they close at eight. So don’t waste your time. if any managers are reading this, which I hope you do read your comment, change that please! It’s really, really frustrating! There was a line of cars just sitting there at the drive-through waiting for nothing. Also, why are you not open until nine? all of the fast food restaurants around you are packed with lines of cars at their drive-through‘s.

Very disappointed, I ordered a pot pie from here 10 minutes ago , wasn’t done all the way, no crust on the sides or bottom at all.. definitely not the pot pie I usually get. I suspected something wrong when it came out in less than 5 minutes. Always check your food ppl ..only reason why I didn’t is because I just got out of surgery but this woke me up in every way after not being able to eat *also there was a huge hole at that top so basically I had to inspect my food. No I did not eat the crust on the sides or bottom
