Just left there from getting a number 11 that Nashville hot chicken 3 piece not enough sauce on the chicken so I asked if they could add more. Was told I’d have to pay for it. Paying for it wasn’t a problem but it was hardly on the chicken to began with. They came off rude to me. And didn’t even bother to even look at the chicken. I’ll insert a picture. They clearly aren’t covered like the picture in the picture the whole chicken is red only the center of my chickens had the load of seasoning

The last 2 times I’ve ordered here they only put 5 pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. I don’t know if KFC as a whole is doing things this way now but more than likely the owner of this specific restaurant is trying to squeeze every penny they can out of it. They don’t even try to cover half of the top of the bowl with chicken and when you open it up it’s pretty immediately disappointing. I’ve been eating the damned famous bowl since it came out and this restaurant is definitely pulling one over on people trying to get away with skimping on the chicken. Heinous! They won’t get another dime from me.

Showed up about 5:45 and ordered an 8 piece meal extra crispy. The guy before me had ordered the same thing. Finish my order and put my card in and someone comes rushing up and said it would be 30 minutes as the drive thru is busy and I ordered an 8 piece. I pull my card out of the machine (transaction already went through) and said I will pick up my order from lowes and be back. I was back w/i 12-15 minutes and my order was sitting in the microwave already packed up. Waaaay over dramatic…and it is suppertime. Food was classic kfc though and good as usual.

Drove almost 20 miles just to have a very rude worker throw my food in my car window. Here is a picture of what was left of the gravy because the top wasn’t on tight and, like I said, she just whipped it in my window. It was a big mess! It wouldn’t let me give zero stars.

The employees at this KFC apparently view making food as a huge inconvenience for them, there’s always going to be a 25 minute wait on anything we order, they sigh like it’s a burden for them to do their jobs. Try working ten hour shifts covered in oil and steel chips. If you don’t like your jobs you should find somewhere else to work, it’s too bad because the chicken at KFC is pretty good I’ll have to find another location.

Good food. Drive thru ONLY. Inside seating and ordering has never reopened. I was told it will be drive thru only. Go elsewhere for a sit-down meal. UPDATE: The counter service and inside seating is open once again. Seems to be a change of personnel to. GREAT SERVICE… GREAT FOOD!
