Food was fair didn’t seem like the kfc from years back. Service was very slow. Cashier kept apologizing for taking so long. Manager was swearing so loud that you could hear it in the dining room. Probably won’t be back for a while.

Came in and ordered a nice amount of food but when I got home I noticed that I paid for 2 Lg fries and received a small in each large box. The wait time is ridiculous and the amount of team work that was shown is absolutely insane (no backup). Half the employees were not wearing gloves while the other employees walk from station to station grabbing food with no gloves.

Every time I try to go to this location they are closed. I realize since COVID it’s hard to find help but I would think it would be wise to to do something. I ate at Fazoli’s across the street tonight and while my wife and I were here approx. 20 min. I counted 18 people that drive up to the drive thru to be turned away because they were closed. In not sure how long a franchise can last if they’re never open, especially during dinner hour.

I’m not sure if this is a corporate store or single owner franchise. Whoever manages this location, please pay attention. On the night of June, 29 2023 at appx. 7:40 p.m. I entered to sit down and have dinner. After being helped, the person, whom I assume was the shift manager (I didn’t ask her name because after this incident, I didn’t care at all) began shouting at an employee named Cole. Generally,good experience, but It’s still fast food so it’s a crapshoot.Sometimes good, sometimes the chicken tenders are like breaded jerky. Sometimes nice professional staff, sometimes not. Interesting interior design though, with some lol posters.

Went here 6/26/23 few hours later got sick Dr says it’s food poisoning. Called to let them know their food is trash & they told me to never come back. Not only is the food bad & poisoning but the employees are rude and disrespectful to. This location needs to be shut down permanently
