I don’t blame the workers, they always seem to be understaffed and overworked. Due to a trailer in tow we went in and got counter service but to go. They missed a fry on our order but we caught it before leaving. They were pleasant but like I said, overworked. The food is good here, and the dining room inside was spotless.

They were rude and I had to go back to get food that they forgot to give me .. then they told me I was a liar and wanted my receipt, so I gave it to them and took everything out of the bag to show them before they would give me the rest of my food.. unbelievable Customer service.

horrible food. i went and got the number 7 off the menu , i had to repeat myself about 3 different times for the women to hear me. later that night i threw up all of it. literally junk, they probably don’t even change their fryers. never coming back and a waste of money going there. never again

I’m VERY disappointed and disgusted by the 3 piece meal I got through the drive through. I made it all the way home before I decided to eat and opened the box to this. I don’t care if your short staffed, this is not acceptable…. you could have simply said you didn’t have any good chicken and I’d have to wait for some to be made. There is no meat on these legs, and the breading is so crispy I could have broke a tooth…. it literally looks like someone breaded bones and called it a day. Disgusting.

Worst chicken I have gotten at any KFC ever anywhere!!! I had to wait like 10 minute for the order to be ready which was no big deal. The chicken I received had a runny coating and had no flavor. I attempted to eat one piece of it and then I spent the night rolling on the floor in pain. I very rarely give a bad review but I will never eat there again. KFC’s have always been my favorite drive thru. Im swearing it off for good. If I had known Google was going to ask my opinion I would have taken a photo of it.

Updated from 3 star: Had a very positive experience this time. Had gotten all the items in our order and it was quick. Staff seems to be a bit short but it was really quick from ordering and receiving our food. Food was also delicious. The tables and dining area was clean.
