I stopped here with a friend and we each ordered a 2 piece chicken meal which includes a side, busquit, and fountain drink. I was pleasantly surprised that our bill was only $15! The young guy who took our order was friendly, outgoing, welcoming, and seemed to enjoy his job. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The portion sizes were fine but the “Original Recipe” chicken tasted and looked nothing like it has in the past. Instead of being juicy and flavorful it was dry and the coating was just weird. The restraunt itself smelled somewhat like a backed-up sewer. No plans to return.

Every single time we try to go here, and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they never have chicken ready. Whether you want a bucket or a single meal. They NEVER have chicken ready. So every time there is a 25-45 min wait. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tonight when I was frustrated because it was 7pm and they again had no chicken and I was told it would be 30-40 min I asked why. Why do they never have chicken and the kid told me they wait until they have a few cars and make it at once so it’s made to order and they don’t have waste. Who in the world is the manager that came up with that stupid idea when chicken takes so long to cook???? Worst KFC I’ve ever been to!

Didn’t have original chicken, biscuits were hard, mashed potatoes were like water. Lady at window was nice enough but didn’t have a answer for why they don’t have chicken at 4:30. EVERY time I come here it’s the same thing.

My order was confirmed to be ready at 3:00pm. It’s 3:52 and my husband was finally given the order after he had to fight for it – they kept insisting someone already picked up this order. Wasn’t us! Holy moly. What a mission to get food.
