This place is nasty came in to get some thing for lunch, and the overwhelming stink of the front foyer just kills the mood. I walked in the floor is greasy the dining room is filthy, and most of the employees appeared to have questionable hygiene practices.

Stood at the counter for probably 5 mins waiting to be greated, while I hear several inappropriate comment’s and yelling. I had asked for a specific type and amount of chicken legs (which I paid extra for) and was told that they were out so we got two… while several others came in behind us and got their food for large groups first. Overall enjoy KFC for a quick meal but this was a beyond disappointing experience.

The food was decent so that was a plus but the last 3 times I’ve went there with my family through the drive thru and every SINGLE time now before we pull away for the window we 100% make sure ALL the food is there. Because even if you pull out then right back in most of the time you have to start over like it’s the beginning. So just a word to the wise. Check your BAG before you pull away‼️ Other than that, repeatedly the food is normally good

The place is dirty. Windows and doors need cleaning. Had trouble finding a clean table. The air conditioning was set a 66 degrees but it felt colder in there. The bathroom was dirty and there was no soap in the dispensers. The roll of toilet paper lying on the handicap rail had feces on it. There was a sign in the bathroom that employees must was hands, hard to do with not soap in the dispenser. The chicken sandwich I had was dry. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Half the time I’ve went there they tell me they’re out of stock on something. I can understand once in a while but this is a repeating occurrence. They’ve caused me to go without dinner on my night shift because they never called to tell me they couldn’t complete my doordash order and by the time it told me it was cancelled everywhere was closed. The final straw was when I went into the store and the place was absolutely filthy behind the counter and nobody was making an effort to even sweep the food that was on the floor. I’m never going there again and I wouldn’t advise anybody who wants to save a headache to go there either.

Typically we always get take out. The food is always amazing! KFC is my hubby’s go-to when he wants a quick meal. The bucket of chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, and Mac and cheese is what we usually get and it feeds our family of 5. I think they are short staffed sometimes, so it takes a while to place our order and get our food. They do try, which we appreciate!

Very disappointed. We ordered two of the new 12 piece nugget meals and got less than 10 in both. When we asked if we could have mashed potatoes instead of fries she said yes and then ended up just giving us fries.

How is this KFC still open?! it’s absolutely disgusting! Filthy and food and bugs everywhere and they were out of so so much stuff, how hard is it to order enough supplies?! So gross. My food took forever, and some how it was still cold?! Please, unless you are at the end of your rope, DO NOT EAT HERE!
