My chicken was dry/old, instead of a chicken thigh I got a weird broken half of a breast (see the wing) complete with some shattered bits of bone, the biscuit was stale and didn’t come with butter or honey. Potatoes and gravy were fine.

Their dining room has been closed since the covid pandemic began and they are incredibly short staffed. You’ll have to go through the drive-thru then park in the parking lot for 10 or 15 minutes before your food is brought out to you. KFC is really going downhill on the food so the fact that the service is so undesirable really is disheartening.
