They said it would take 25 minutes and it took us almost 40 minutes so I had to go in there and complain. Why don’t they have the food ready? It’s a fast food restaurant for a reason and when you confront them they give you dirty looks and stuff. This is unbelievable

This place has the absolutely worst service I’ve ever seen. They’ve messed up my order 9 out of 10 times. It takes 30-45 minutes to get your food using the drive-thru. I’ve just thrown my food in the trash on 2 separate occasions . Once I had under cooked tenders and the second time the I got the wrong order and I could tell it had been sitting out way longer than I wanted to risk and eat it . Another time I had been sitting in line for 40 minutes and when I finally got to the window the kid swung my bag in my truck and slammed the window and my order was wrong. That was the rudest most unprofessional thing possible.

Chicken tenders were tough and dry. Biscuits were doughy. Was asked what soda we wanted for our free bag of soda…I obviously didn’t answer fast enough because the bag was plopped down on the counter for me to get myself. KFC used to be so good and worth the outrageous prices, but I don’t know if I’ll eat the chicken any more. Maybe the tacos next time. And just a little FYI…we could hear the loud lady behind the counter – good AND bad…

I don’t know if it’s just me or this happened to someone else, too. I always check how many pieces of chickens I got in the bucket and always missing few. Why?! Why?! Why I have to count for you when you know how to count?! This is the second time, which is today I was in hurry to pick up my kiddos from school to feed them kfc. I count them chickens and I got 12pcs… like seriously I didn’t spent $33 plus tax for 16pc to take home 12. On top of that I drove 35 miles there and back and I’m not about to make another trip to correcting your mistake. Next customer comes by your window please make their order right for what they’re paying for. Very disappointing! Learn how to count for every penny spent.

Do not eat here! You’ll wait way too long and it’s absolutely filthy inside. You could see into the kitchen and we almost walked out. We stayed but the floors were sticky, toilets fully clogged, and crackhead friends of employees were milling about inside as we ate. Very unprofessional staff for what they talk about for others to hear.

Food was fine. Only problem was that the lobby was closed – couldn’t even go inside and place a to-go order. Sign said it was because of lack of staff. Well, anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant knows how to solve that problem — treat your employees like they are valued and with respect and pay a fair wage for the job. Also, I’ve suggested for years but never seen it — don’t ask an employee to do anything you wouldn’t or couldn’t do yourself!!
