I went through the drive through an hour prior to close. Was told that they are out of chicken and more wouldn’t be made that night and the only thing they had was boneless wings. I told the guy that I’m going elsewhere. He said “that’s fine”. I called either the next day or the following day and explained the situation to the person that claimed to be the manager. The level of concern over the situation was near zero. Asked to have the regional manager call me back and haven’t heard anything.

This place is SO FILTHY. You can stand at the counter and see what I mean, there floors look like no one ever takes care of them, food everywhere. Half the employees there look like they don’t clean themselves, greasy hair or dirty clothes. Everytime I’ve gone there, same girl on drive-up with blonde hair she plays with every 3 seconds, rude to me. Even gotten my order tossed at me without a word, never did anything to receive such treatment. Just go to Popeye’s as they treat you a lot better there!

I would give them less stars if I could. Looked up what we wanted online before going through the drive through. We opted not to place our order through the app and just ordered at the drive through. When we got to the window they said the total was $65. When we asked them how the total was that much we were given a sigh and a whole lot of attitude from the employee working at the window. She stated that the fill-up box we ordered was $45, when the app clearly lists it at $30. When we pointed this out to her she said that was online only, even though the website says nothing about the price being online only. When we asked for the manager we were given more attitude and a snarky response from her. We ended up leaving without getting our food and went to the KFC on Hubbell instead, where we got much better service and our food was over $20 cheaper than what this store tried to charge us.

Horrible experience employee’s are rude and always give an attitude. Then they had a little girl with arms like a T-rex hand the food out the window she dangled it over the ledge of the pickup window and it was too heavy for the kid so she almost dropped my whole order on the ground. Then she laughed about it like it was supposed to be funny. You go anywhere else and you get the same order cheaper than here. It’s just a bunch of convicts trying to make a fast buck by ripping people off.

The biscuits were dry and hard, and the meat was burnt even on the bone. It was very unfortunate because there was absolutely no flavor on the coleslaw, the Mac and cheese was no seasoned and grainy. We love KFC but it has declined in quality lately. Very unfortunate and probably won’t return.
