Went through the drive through. The guy doing customer service didn’t understand what we were wanting. He yelled, come to the window so we can get the car behind you. As we get to the window he processed to tell us the order, when we told him no that is not the order. He gets impatient. Tells us the order again. This time raising his voice.

My husband ordered 3 dark pieces of chicken and not only received “3” of white meat, but also look at the photo for what apparently qualifies as a “piece of chicken”- you may need your magnifying glass! We were not given a receipt, and this was the second time our order was incorrect. Seems to me they won’t need to advertise for Help Wanted much longer if they continue doing business in this slipshod manner since we won’t be back to this very, very disappointing representation of KFC!

Kentucky fried chicken has always been my Fav..for years now But tonite I ordered a 4piece chicken dinner w a Xtra biscuit….and when I pulled into the pin lot at KFC on Hamilton Blvd.i Was totally Shocked because they had not 1 car in pkn lot myself and my 2dogs I had w me got my 4piece dinner and drove 7blks home when dogs and Igot inside i open chicken box and there was 4pieces of chicken but the wing leg were looked like they was from a newborn chicken so so small and iit was so cold all of it The skin was dripping with grease and it was just disgusting …….Just wanna say KFC ….i will never eat here again and i can only afford to eat out once pr month You charged me $18 for this…I Dont Think So,im really sad and now i can see WHY I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE I DONT KNOW WHERE YOUVE GONE WRONG BUT IT SURELY WASNT EATABLE AND ILL Never Spend Any

Just came through their drive thru and asked to add an order of mashed potatoes to our order at the window. They said they couldn’t help us because of a “timer” and that we would have to pull around to go back through the drive thru line. That has to be the worst customer service possible. I don’t give out poor ratings unless it is deserved and I can’t believe that this is the new standard. To add insult to injury, the cashier was condescending and rude.

Well staffed and lack of training and organizing food orders.. waited 45mins to get my food. This place has possible mold on floors near fryers this location is not maintained one bit.. the manager is not wearing gloves while handling food.. the gentleman that took my wore the same gloves while making sandwiches and taking orders
