Havent had KFC in years and itll never happen again. I ordered a 10 pc extra crispy, and I requested it be dropped fresh I even said I didn’t care how long it took. They decided to take some old chicken dip it in the grease for 2 seconds and then give it to me assuring me that it just came up. Really nice staff but this is unacceptable.

Worst KFC I have ever been to in the US and overseas. The last time I went the chicken tasted like old oil. It left a film of oil in my mouth that tasted awful. I used to frequent this KFC but no more. Either get better management or shut down. Please and thank you.

Well here’s how this went.I just got done with a 14hr. Shift. My wife went too Council Bluffs Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ordered about $45 worth of food foodOrdered about $45 worth of food. including Chicken strips. Well they for got the chicken strips. So she call back and they told her to come back now. Or your sh_t out of LUCK!!!!!! No you can not stop the next…….. Yes I will take time out too make sure that the Owner knows how they are doing Business . As well as the area manager

Took over a half hour to get our order. The staff was extremely unorganized and kept acting confused when I said on three separate occasions I’d been waiting for over a half hour. When we got home they still gave us the wrong order. Also set the cold drinks on top of our hot food. Wish I could this place no stars. Don’t waste your money on this dump.

Excellent, fast service, polite staff. The lobby is still closed due to COVID. Word of warning for all you 1 ton trucks getting food for your crews, this drive through is very narrow. You can make it, but it is tight.
