I pulled up to the drive- thru and it took about 2 minutes for anyone to take my order. Was not even sure it was working.. I ordered a 3 pc. original WHITE chicken meal, she said it would take an additional 4 minutes for the original but not for the crispy.. So I said crispy then, no big deal. 8 minutes later I received my order and drove 18 miles home to find two thighs and a leg, that was a wasted $11.00 ( $10.99). It went in the garbage.

I was NOT happy with my experience at this location . It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me , then when I said I was there to pick up my order ( which was supposed to be ready for picknup by 11:15 ) the lady said ” oh you will have to talk to him about it ” and then walked away . Then 5 minutes later he finally came over and asked what I needed. He then just said ” okay” and walked away . In the mean time 2 other people came in ( from door dash) and they had order that were not ready either . He’ll they were not even greeted or anything either . I FINALLY got my order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready !

Worst experience ever order $18 worth of food for it to be cold and they just opened. I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea and the manager was the one gave it to me. I was looking at me order to be sure it was correct the manager told me to move down. Such a horrible place to serve food. I returned to the restaurant only to get attitude from the manager no food no money because after I asked for refund she told me my money would be returned in 3 days but it only took them seconds to get it off my bank card. SMH they need to be shut down or hire new staff.

The KFC’s in this area have been doing a lot of remodeling lately. So there have been a lot of closures. I think the remodeling has been a great improvement. I usually use the drive-thru and this seems to run smoother now. They have also had some menu changes. The chicken is still amazing as it ever was. I also really like their fries as they season them. They are sometimes understaffed which makes the weight a little longer. However, the staff on hand does their best and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with them.

Went there this evening to pick up a customer order for doordash do doors were locked and nobody was Manning the drive-up window. Had a very hard time getting an employee to help. They were slow and rude and I think the girl was high. These issues really need to be addressed.

Ordered online prepaid. Got to restaurant on the agreed time. Got told it would be another 20 mins for fresh chicken. Asked them to just remake my order fresh when the chicken is ready and was told they couldn’t do that. Also was treated poorly no customer service.

Large online order entered before store opened. I called to verify they got it, and they had and were making it. Picked it up shortly after estimated time (they even helped carry all the bags out to my SUV). Everyone loved the food, tasted great; It was a successful department lunch.
