Got drive thru family order and bag tipped a little in car. Someone hadn’t put the gravy lids on all the way and gravy went everywhere in bag all over everything. Pretty disappointing and messy. All it would have taken to prevent would have been a little more time in putting the lid on all the way.

I asked for a famous bowl and extra popcorn chicken on the side for my 2 yo son. Got all the way home and realized they put the new chicken nuggets in the bowl and on the side instead of popcorn chicken that I asked for. Highly disappointed at 9 months pregnant and 2 yo son won’t even eat it because it’s not popcorn chicken he loves. Waste of money.

KFC is usually the best chicken but this location is not good in my opinion. The chicken we got in our bucket was pretty old like it sat under the warmer for a few hours. I will not be going back to KFC my taste buds are ruined for this place. No wonder their rating is so low.
