Food was hot and tasty. Service was good. They need a professional cleaning service for customer area. Looked like the floor mats had not been vacuumed in weeks and the bathroom flat out nasty. I did notice the kitchen area was very clean and well kept. Still ya Hoya clean where folks eat!

Workers are rude and call people very mean names. Will order popcorn chicken and none of them actually have any chicken in it just crisp. None of the workers do their jobs. They will throw your bag of food at you and treat you like an inconvenience that you came thru the drive thru. The food will be wrong, they then if you try to say something they will tell you that its right and argue with you over it. The chicken will be burnt, the rolls hard as a rock, the mash potatoes crunchy, and the mac and cheese cold. I dont get how they are still open with how they treat customers and with how the food is. Just dont eat here it would be more worth it to drive to fort madisons kfc or mount pleasants kfc if you really want kfc.
