I ordered a beyond combo online, and arrived about 5 minutes before it was said to be ready. There was no one in line and my food was ready early! Everything was warm, but the fries were a bit soggy. Very fast and friendly.

If I could I’d give them a -5. Got 33.00 worth of food chicken tasted bad and was old, biscuits were very hard , corn was so old some of the kernels were dark yellow and hard, potatoes were watery come on there instant how hard can that be. I guess if I just ate the gravy and Cole slaw it would have been OK. Called to let them , which I never do but this was beyond bad. Called to let them know……they hung up on me what happened to customer service

Before you serve food, can you please check your buns for mold and hardening? I had to trash a $6 spicy chicken sandwich due to those two issues. Your gravy is also chunky. Fries were great though!

We got there around 4pm. The drive through was very fast. The guy at the window was polite. However, our side orders were not correct. They left out two Mac and cheese and gave us two potatoes and gravy instead. Also, the chicken tenders were not fresh, nor were the chicken pieces. We were disappointed in the food quality.
