We arrived there at 6:55pm, before closing and right away the counter person yelled at us the they are closing soon and cannot serve us in the dining area. Our only option was take out. Of course, we did not feel welcome at all. If they want to be home at 7:01pm, the ly should close doors at 6:00pm. If the establishment is open until 7pm, I should be able to get in there at 6:59pm and be served politely. I was there with my family, including a baby, and they sent us out the door. I had to purchase only chicken. They did not have any chicken breast. Mind you, the drive up is still open until later… I was hoping management or the owners would reach out to apologize, but I see too many 1-star reviews… I can tell they no longer care. I’m never coming back to this location.

The new chicken nuggets are no good. They have a weird texture and they made me sick. My son had them to and he said the same thing. I totally wasted my money. I would not feed these to my dog.

I went to the lake geneva location to get a 1 piece breast fill up. I was told that the online menu didn’t matter. Their location did not include a drink or cookie. I did not purchase the meal due to false advertising.

Arrived in drive thru at 7:15 and was told they had NO CHICKEN could only make sandwiches and would not make more chicken since they were closing soon. Worker was NOT apologetic at all and seemed to not care that myself as well as car in front of me ended up driving off without ordering.

The cooks should be fired! Management was nice but this kind of food should not be served. Asked for it without pickles and ended up with pickles 9n both sandwiches. Chicken was hard and dry and burnt buns

Tried to call the store and no one would answer….when I went there I asked the Manager why they don’t answer the phone and her reply was too busy……totally rude when she said that…the Burlington store has friendlier people who work there….
