I really enjoy the food, when you can get what you want. So many times, and not just at this location, they are out of the style of chicken you are seeking. It is rare to find the original recipe on hand so you end up with a combo which you’re literally getting one or two original and the rest crispy. If you’re willing to wait 40+ minutes you couldn’t get what you want. Would be best to order on mine, so it is ready when you arrive. Service was good and the staff was friendly.

This restaurant location absolutely sucks. Don’t bother with the drive thru. After taking the order I waited for 15 minutes in line and they didn’t even come to the window once. I finally drove away. The food is always good, I’ve had KFC before, but if I wanted garbage service, I’d go to a location on the north side of Milwaukee.

Horrible horrible service. We walked in and was acknowledged by 2 of the workers. There were 3 total, I think. They both said be right with you. We stood there at the counter for about 15 minutes. No one came to help us. I overheard they didn’t have any fries. Does this store ever have what they’re supposed to?!

I’m getting sick of this place. I am pretty sure that I know the food is good, but every time I’ve tried to order here in the last month, they are either out of food (before and during dinner time), or the service is terrible (see the many other reviews) or I have some punk telling me he won’t take my order unless I mobile order. I’m literally standing in front of you and you not doing anything. Either improve and serve your customers, or get the hell out of my town.

Stopped in at about 6:15pm Saturday the 22nd of April. Went through the drive through. Ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. Was told that there was only original recipe no extra crispy. I said that was fine and placed my oder totaling just a little over $28.00. After waiting for 10 minutes (there was only 1 car ahead of me) I finally got to the window to have the associate working tell me that it would be another 15 minutes before they could fill my order. This is DREADFUL CUSTOMER SRVICE!!!! Will never return. Hopefully they close down and have an establishment that really cares about customer service move in.
