Totally screwed up a $40+ order then wanted me to drive back so they could correct it, mind you it was their mistake! Them KFC employee told me if they credit me it’s like them giving me 24 pieces of chicken! Totally incorrect cause I already paid for my order, then gas and time running back and forth! Get it together KFC! Your error not mine!

I recently tried KFC’s new chicken nuggets, and they were absolutely delicious! The nuggets were moist, buttery, and full of flavor, even better than McDonald’s and almost as good as Chick-fil-A’s. The staff at this KFC location were very friendly and welcoming, which made my dining experience even more enjoyable. However, I do wish that KFC offered a grilled chicken nugget option like Chick-fil-A does, as it would be a healthier and lighter option. Overall, I highly recommend trying KFC’s new chicken nuggets, and I think they are definitely worth a try, especially if you love Chick-fil-A’s chicken nuggets.

Too many incompetent and selfish employees at this location. Sat in the drive through, at 8:10 PM, for 20 minutes while calling into the speaker before an employee even recognized someone was there. The employee then proceeded to say ” please hold on.” I am the only person in the lot. If the owner sees this please try and find some good help.

The worst customer service I received from Don at this location, I believe he is either a cook or a Manager. I went threw drive thru to order and he was really rude over the mic! I ask politely if they can add two more pieces of Chicken wings original and he told me no, that I would have to order two crispy pieces because the 4 piece come in a bag and that if he gave me two more original chicken wings from another bag it would mess up his orders and then would cause him to have to put down more chicken to cook!!! I was confused its that what a restaurant suppose to do when you run out of food????? My question is wouldn’t you have to put down more crispy chicken since you gave me two of them from the 4 piece meal???? If another customer had asked for It did not make any sense to me. Then when I got up to the window to pay and get my food, I asked for corporate’s number he told me the email was on the receipt and for me to look it up. Also told me that I don’t under stand the process of cooking at KFC! Did I need to know??? I was just buying food, not there for training! To top it off I did not get my change since he threw the receipt in the bag told me I was not going to ruin his day and shut the window. I have never had any awful in courters with anyone at this location since I have been coming to this location for more than 5 years working in the Racine area. Don was so rude and unprofessional. You can’t find good customer service anymore, and I wish he would have took care of it like a manager and do what was right and provide great service!!!

The worst manager ever works here…they screwed up my order threw their mistakes in the bag and threw it out the window towards me…they gave me such an attitude because they messed up my order…3 times 3 times it took them to get it right..only for the side to be half scoops of Mac n cheese and half order of fries tossed in a bag!!! The manager is the one that did all this..the worker at the window was nice but I could hear the manager in the background. Not my first really bad experience here recently but definitely my last..I will never go back to this KFC!! Please shut this place down and avoid at all costs…the worst service and worst chicken if there’s even any left by 5pm
