A sign on the door going in said they were selling out of chicken. We went in and asked what that meant and were told the guy who cooks is sick so once things are out that’s it. Yes. It’s true. And the manager was on site as well as other employees . No one was there who could cook. Then we ordered our food. Three meals plus nuggets. 28.00 dollars later and we are told only one meal gets a biscuit. We were not offered any extra sides or anything just are expected to do without what I paid for. I’m keeping a sense of humor at this point. My aunt really wanted to eat there and it’s not my town. My chicken was good. My aunt’s breast of chicken was inedible as were the nuggets and two of three of my sons tenders. I went up to the counter with the chicken breast and told the gal sitting down in a chair at the register it was inedible. We need to replace it. She went back to the manager and returned to tell me they would not be replacing the chicken. I was irritated beyond at this point and told her we had gotten three meals, only one had a biscuit and this chicken was inedible. She got the manager who came out to the counter and told me the same. They would not be replacing it. Then, in an incredibly patronizing tone, told me to have a good night. I have never had worse service anywhere. It left a bad taste in my mouth for all KFC’s. It’s fine KFC. You are not the only gig in town.

Ordered Mashed Potatoes & Gravy with biscuits. After one bite of the biscuits we tossed them into the garbage. Don’t no how someone can mess up a biscuit or maybe they were really old. Either way the biscuits were disgusting. Would not recommend this kfc or the taco bell as we also had to throw all the tacos out.

The food is always old and dried out for KFC. Taco Bell isn’t necessarily God Awful, but isn’t great either. The kitchen isn’t clean. All of our local fast-food restaurants are fully decked out with kids, which is good but, they have poor work ethic, bad attitudes, and have little to no care about customer service. They’re not being taught to appreciate customers or the opportunity they’re given to be able to have a starting point in the world. They can’t count back change properly, & don’t know how to make change without a machine to tell them. Needless to say, I don’t eat here anymore.

Always slow and often mix up your order. We got only half our order this time and took a while to get the rest. They were nice enough about it but 4 people trying to figure it out and don’t know if they’re coming or going. Good food tho!

So much for quick pick up. Placed an order, notified it was ready for pickup. Get there and the order hasn’t even been started. Waited 15 minutes for it. Could have just gone there and ordered in person. Needless to say my wife missed supper before having to go to work. Apparently all the rumors about Richland Center KFC are true. Never again for me.

They couldn’t get an order correct. No one has answered our call, have called many times/days. Ordered a meal for family & didn’t get the number of pieces of chicken we ordered. The cookies are bland tasting, go back to the cakes. Coleslaw was tasteless. Do like the containers the hot/cold items come in. Wish they had plates, silverware, cups & napkins at this location.
