They don’t serve sweet tea. Every kfc serves sweet tea. They did not allow us to order 5 drumsticks… something I have ordered a million times at other kfc and lee’s restaurants before. Then when we asked for clarification they yelled at us that it couldn’t be ordered unless it was with other types of chicken. I am literally from Kentucky and sad to say I will never come back here even though this is where I currently live!

The absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. Went there tonight at 6:00. It was fast, but probably because the chicken was cooked at lunch time. It was so dry that when I tried eating it I couldn’t tell of I was chewing on meat or a bone. The large sides that came with the bucket wer not even filled half way I. The containers, the mashed potatoes were so old they were almost as brown as the gravy. The biscuits are inedible they are so hard.

The person who took my order misheard me and we ended up with some items missing from the order. At the window we politely asked if we could just add the items onto the order and the manager immediately escalated by yelling at us and telling us to never come back

Whoever is on the evening crew tonight, November 4th, is doing an outstanding job! The drive-thru was really busy, but the employees were friendly and efficient. One item was missing from my order, but they went above and beyond by making a fresh batch and included cookies in the bag when I went back through the line. The person at the window was cheerful and did a great job.

Honestly, don’t even want to give this place 1 star but I had to to write a review. Just went there, haven’t been to a KFC in over 1-2 decades so I was asking questions about they’re Popcorn Nuggets, wasn’t sure how they came or how many were in them, etc. They were rude and impatient to the point where the girl taking our order said “are you going to get the combo or what!?” On top of that, the manager was rude about the situation too. The manager didn’t even try to be polite or professional about the situation. From us driving up to the drive thru, the sounded like she didn’t want to be there, let alone use customer service skills; let alone good customer service skills.

Bad food, bad service, long waits, understaffed. I could have thawed some frozen chicken and fried it myself faster than the last order took to get. Sat waiting to order for 20 minutes while one middle aged hispanic woman did her best to work the drive through and the counter. Took another 25 minutes to get the food and it wasn’t even hot when I got home 5 minutes after receiving it. Garbage bag ended up eating it. Didn’t complain either. New target market I guess.

First, the car in front of us took forever to get their food. Second, we got our food quick, thinking wow great service for me. Third, got home and I didn’t get my side I ordered, and my substitution. In the winter snowy day, I would expect that the person who packed the food would read the order and make it right so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way out there in the snow just to get my right order. If you’re going to charge someone for the substitution and sides, please at least give them the order.

The restaurant was FILTHY. Both restrooms were disgusting and didn’t look to have been cleaned in a very long time. The sinks were coated with grey scum. Would never return here.

I’ve had KFC since I was a kid. Most people would know how KFC tastes and how good it smells. Not the chicken here. This is the third time I went to this place. Each time was just as bad but I thought to give it another try this weekend. Wrong decision. I am better off getting fried chicken at Pick n Save.

515 pm is a normal time for folks to pick up a dinner if they are looking for the convenience of not cooking. Each and every time I choose to get KFC in Waunakee they have a 20 minute wait for the staple meals. Today they did the same thing and then are absent on sides. This place seriously needs a manager that can at least read the clock! Positive was the poor young ladies working and being berated by customers took it with a grin and were pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff are suffering from poor ownership and management. Wish I didn’t like the food so I could avoid the place.
