Expensive and food was cold. Actually it is every time I got taco bell. I won’t be hoping back,I just can’t take greasy tacos to the point where taco shells were saturated and falling apart. Went through drive through so dint know about atmosphere.

Said inside was open but wasn’t, took forever to get the food , service was awful.. made us wait 15 minutes for biscuits. Was all kids working with ripped up shorts. Not professional at all.. manager should talk to employees about there performance

We came in as a family to eat and after we ordered we were told that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant unless we bought individual meals. You aren’t allowed to share a family meal inside the restaurant. We were in the middle of a road trip so there was no where else for us to eat especially with a toddler. We had to cancel our order and go elsewhere.

Only 2 inexperienced people were working, speakers were broken and hard to hear from, place looked run down. Food took a long time as expected from a lack of staff, despite there being almost nobody else there. The chicken sandwiches we got were good, but my stomach hurt only a few minutes after finishing it, probably were dirty in some way. Wait until the KFC in Baraboo gets fixed up, or go to the Portage location.

The big sign at the reedsburg store lists the $20 fill up box, and then when I pulll up to order (@ 610pm) I am told they have no chicken. So ridiculous. What’s even more frustrating is that the last four times we went there the order was messed up, missing items or items were NA (biscuits, chicken etc) … don’t waste your time stopping!

Before you go call and ask what they can make. Or when you go see what is available. I never go here anymore. There’s always something not in inventory or oven is broken. Who knows what’s wrong day to day. The staff are unprofessional. Food is not worth the price. The managers should just write out a menu every day that says “selling water only from the tap” every order is wrong, cold, or you wait 20 minutes. Shut down already.

If I could give no stars I would. Been here multiple times and they never have chicken ready. It’s always 30 to 45 minute wait no matter what time of day. So I ordered online 3 hours in advance and went to pick it up and they said they never received it. Yet on the app it said the order was ready for pick up. This is pathetic. And to anyone who thinks about eating the taco bell I would refrain. Unless you want to be camped out in your bathroom from an hour after you eat until a day and a half later.

Absolutely walked out of this location with my grandmother. We waited 10 minutes just for someone to come up and help another lady who was also dissatisfied and just to find out it was going to take us 30 minutes to even get chicken if things went on track. We have never known a kfc to have run out of chicken when that’s what’s advertised on your menu and what your known for. If this is how this location is run then maybe you need some new workers that have correct training.
