Amazing service by the young man with long hair. Very polite, food was hot and fresh..I don’t mind waiting 10 minutes for that at all. Great experience and plan to make a weekly stop for my family. I appericate the younger team members doing a excellent job making the customer feel very welcome. All I have to say is be patient, your food is better hot and fresh for alittle wait ,whether it’s 2 to 10 minutes than to get something sitting 30 minutes before you arrive. Worth the wait and the young crew is super great at customer service.

I’d give them 0 or even negative stars if I could we placed an online order tonight, they told us it would be ready after 6:44 pm, husband got there at 6:50 and they informed us they gave our order away to someone else. He waited nearly 30 more minutes for them to make our order again and he informed my husband that he dropped our chicken nuggets that it would be another 40 minute mind you my husband was watching him never saw him drop anything it appeared he was just milling around back there not doing anything. We won’t be ordering from here again. This is completely unacceptable!!

I realize lunchtime can be busy. However 24 minute wait for a single sandwich and fries is ridiculous. In the time that I sat there not a single person was actually served at the drive-thru. Any and all who went through we’re told to wait in the parking lot for their food. Turns out they were understaffed. I feel bad for the two that were working behind the counter, both of whom were not wearing hair nets of their long hair. Long story short wouldn’t return to this KFC. Great location, piss poor operation.

I got the $10 8 piece bucket today and it was fresh out of the fryer. This is the St Croix Falls KFC to clarify. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, especially like 2 minutes and it’s fresh hot out the fryer. It made my day. Thank you to the KFC staff that made my day

Food is usually pretty decent, however, tonight I stopped at 8:30. Tried to order a chicken sandwich and their response was, “is it OK if we use two chicken tenders instead? They are pretty fresh though.” Basically insinuating, “we don’t want to have to make a chicken sandwich, but we’ll use some tenders that have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.” Pretty disappointed in the service tonight. If I’m paying full price for my meal, I expect a fresh meal. But it was clear tonight that they didn’t want to do any extra work.

We have been there many times and pretty much the same. The building needs a complete makeover inside and out. Never busy probably curb appeal. I ordered my food from a normal looking and most pleasant gal. I forgot to ask for extra gravey on my bowl and she just had it in the bag and she took it back out to put my gravey on. You don’t find that much anymore at a fast food store. Very nice to see that in today’s world.
