How do you screw up KFC? If I could give this a zero I would of. Only one other person in the resturant at the time. Ordered the three piece meal. Took 20+ minutes and I had to go up and ask, was told they had to cook it. Mind you at least 15 drive through orders had been filled. I asked about this and she said the all ordered chicken tenders. Finally after 25 minutes I received my warm cold slaw and cold mash potatoes. The black grease dripping off the chicken leads me to believe the fry oil needed changed along ti.e ago.

I’ve had a couple lovely experiences with a nice girl and a nice male employee, but majority have been terrible. Pulled up today and these creepy looking people were smoking joints in their white truck filled with aggressive stickers and (stolen fountain drink stickers?)

This kfc actually goes above and beyond for their customers! My daughter and i got a bucket of chix from the online special..my mom got a regular meal. We all wanted to eat together so we were just going to use the top of the bucket as a plate..the cashier came out and offered us plates etc…the cook gave my daughters service dog a little treat. Amazing service!

The 2 pieces of chicken in the 2pc box looked like they were the bottom of the box. Half of the skin was gone and there was a thigh and some other type of chicken that I can only describe as a wing merged with a thigh with half the meat missing. I’ve worked in fast food for the better part of my life and if I was putting together this order and saw how bad it was I would have just grabbed 2 other pieces. We drove back to the restaurant to get it replaced which defeats the point of delivery. Thanks Billy for the 3 free cookies but not a compensation for me not being able to eat my 3pc box (which looked great) and having to drive for 15 minutes to get this replaced. I hope the general manager and district manager see this and get to the bottom of what went wrong.

After lots of problems ordering our to go we got home a half hour later and didn’t get everything we paid for. Tried calling 3 times and no one answers the phone. Just took our money. I get too busy to answer but how about an answering machine. Now I have to spend more money on gas to return to try to get my money back. Also the front door was laying in the lobby when we got there??

Line was extremely long. Charged me an 8 piece dinner when I ordered a $20 fill up. I had asked to substitute the cole slaw with mac&cheese. I didn’t get either. They did give me some extra pieces of chicken and cookies. But from start to finish when I placed my order to when I left, took over 50 minutes.
