Normally I don’t complain however the 4 piece meal I received today was disappointing. I purchased the meal around 2:30 pm so it appeared as though the chicken had been sitting for some time. The chicken was dry and appeared over cooked. The Biscuit had the consistancy of hockey puck. The sides were fine. The meal cost $15.86 and was difinately not worth it. I live 14 miles from the KFC so it was not worth turning around and taking it back. Also,I am in a wheel chair so any trip for me has to be planned for. I consider it a treat to go to KFC but anymore meals like that one will change my plans for stopping at KFC. I suggest you keep an eye on your product and toss if its appearance warrants.

I’d rather wait 10 min for my food if it’s fresh but waiting then its covered in hot sauce is very disappointing. My lips and tongue are still burning. Did they do this to be mean!? Their phone is apparently not working also.

I ordered 6 Famous Bowls. Was told at the window it was a 3 minute wait. She asked us to pull forward past the yellow bollard. For the first 15 minutes of our wait there weren’t any other cars. Than a few started trickling through. We decided at 30 minutes we waited long enough and pulled around. First we were told that they thought someone brought it out to us, the assistant manager told us that no one told her the chicken one was done. She offered us a free cake, free refills, but she didn’t know how to refund us our money. The manager shows up… we were refunded our money. My question for the Rice Lake KFC is how do you forget an order for 6 Famous Bowls in the 3 1/2 minutes it takes to cook the popcorn chicken?

This is the second time I did not get my order A few months back I ordered 8 pieces Got 6. Two days ago was just a nightmare Spent extra money for 10 pieces of dark meat chicken and the meal 32.89 Got two pieces of white meat and two wings Which I said please no wings. NOTHING for the bisquits and no utensils. After calling 7 times with a busy signal. I drove back to the KFC. Got my 4 pieces of dark meat. And when asked about why I didnt get utensils or honey for bisquits I was told You need to Ask for them!!!! Are you kidding me? Every other place Will ask you if you want certain things. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
