The tenders were dry as if they were not fresh! I understand that they ask for a card to pay but if someone who hasn’t been compromised they don’t know what I/we have to go through! It didn’t help that the young lady went off on myself and the staff as well! The manager was nice enough to take cash and was very helpful and understanding! The young lady was still ranting and raving as I was driving off!

Served completely wrong meal. The chicken that I did receive in place of a chicken sandwich box meal was raw. Oil is obviously very past it’s change date. Very sad to see such an icon let their standards go.

This place is an absolute joke. The food is inedible, and all of it tastes like old grease and burnt. The coleslaw was horrible smelling. I didn’t even try it. One of the other people eating with me tried there’s and figured it was spoiled. Chicken strips were so hard and dry that they just got thrown out. What a waste of my time and money!! I would have done no star if I could have.

Trying to guess how many days old the chicken was…..it was at least day old. Been coming here for years and watched it decline but this is the final straw. Unacceptable to pay $30 for bucket of old, dry chicken. Could not even tell if it was original or crispy version as I ordered a mix. It’s a shame that the owners don’t even seem to care that their business is going down the tube. I only saw one employee, and he was pleasant. I will be going to Neenah location as they seem to have their act together.

The chicken extra crispy was dry and hard and the biscuits were hard as well… they had to cook the chicken tenders fresh that tasted good.. need to figure out how to get the food better for the prices people are paying for the food.

I went thru DRIVE THRU, needs repair, didn’t receive my receipt, called , no answer, Opened 2 piece ckn, oily dark TUCK! Got a ckn tenders dinner, not much better! How long has food been on the line? I spent $25 for food poisoning! DON’T VISIT THIS ONE! YUCKY!

Will never go to another kfc! The one on Wisconsin ave is horrible. We ordered a 9 & 14. It took 20 minutes and as we are driving down the road going thur the order there is no receipt, no drinks, no fries, no chicken for the #9 and the #14 chicken is soaking in 1/2” of grease! We couldn’t eat any of the food! Tried to call MANY times and no answer. Emailed corporate and no answer. What a joke of a business.
