I nearly want to open my own franchise at this point. The service here is beyond horrible. I was asked to wait 20 minutes before they could take my order. I guess to keep up with compliance. FYI, if you pull up to the drive thru and no one says anything for at least 2 minutes, then drive up and order. It’s like they know they’re needed to work the job because of the limited workforce. But in reality, they’re bringing down business.

Ordered a three piece chicken meal. After a 10 minute wait in the drive through, received my meal only to discover when I got home that I only got a small wing and small drumsticks. No third piece. Told a friend about this and she reported this location was known for it’s bad service.

Do not come here. Worst service I have had in the Fox Valley area. Knew I should of went to the Appleton one near 441. But decided this was closer to work and home so I’ll take a chance. I put in a mobile order right after work, thinking it would give me time to get there and it would be ready. Half way on 41, get a notification that my order was ready to be picked up, so I’m half way there, thinking that’s great, it’ll be there ready and I can be in and out. Get there and the door is closed, so I go thru drive thru. Tell her that I had a mobile order and that the door wasn’t open, she gives me a small attitude and says all DOORS stay closed cus there are only 2 workers. So I tell her my mobile order and name, still thinking in my head that this order should be ready cus the app told me it was ready 15mins ago, but NOPE it wasnt. Cashier told me to pull up ahead and wait. But there wasn’t any other customers but me, so i dont understand why it wasnt ready in the first place. So i just pull ahead and waited 10mins or so the food finally come out. But no drink, so I said I don’t have my drink but the cashier lady was almost all the way in the door and then said I didn’t have a drink, but I told her I order a combo meal and ALL combo meals come with a drink. She gave me a attitude and said she need to see my order, so I showed her. She goes back in mouthing off to the other worker. Get my drink, comes back out, give it to me with a straw, but get this, NO LID on cup, but she clearly saw no lid on cup as she had to hand it to me in my car, not a tall truck a small car. Worst service ever and the Double Down tasted weird. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN for good! I will just stick to the KFC off of 441 or the FDL one. No wonder this KFC had no customers.

Went through the drive through and they had me pull forward to wait for my food. Waited quite awhile. When it came out, my fries were limp and cold, the nuggets were warmish. I thought I ordered an 8 piece but got a 3.5 piece instead. I got 2 sides of Cole slaw when I only ordered 1. I got bbq sauce when I asked for honey mustard. I’m not sure why my bill was $15, when I’m pretty sure it should have been $10. If I didn’t have my infant with me, I would have definitely went inside to complain.

Wow stop here on way home to try the new BBQ chicken sandwich. Was not good at all chicken tasted like cardboard and fries also and very salty. The best part of the meal was the drink also got a chicken bowl for someone else said it was horrible 3 to four pieces of nuggets in bowl,allot of potatoes though and minimum gravy. This place was empty wouldn’t be surprised if go outta business soon. If I could give minus stars I would 3 times I have been there and food is horrible never again I stick to Popeyes

I remembered why I stopped going to KFC tonight. Got there at 7:10 and 5 cars in line so I was thinking it as going to take awhile. But it went very fast because they only had like 4 things they could offer us. So the 3 cars in front of me didn’t even order as I didn’t order because not what I drove up from Oshkosh for. If your open till 8 but stop making chicken at 7 you should just close then. Last time I will be driving for KFC as it hasn’t changed since the last I was there 6 months ago. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would have.

Was able to get to know the staff a little which was a nice conversation. Near closing and everything was being cleaned, put away and shutting things down. We tried a number of different menu items, waffle and chicken, extra spicy and traditional which were all good. Even tried the new Mt Dew which kind of tasted like peach.

Placed order at 7:08PM about a week ago, apparently the store was closed with a sign out front at 7PM. When I got there, the website told me my order was ready for pick up. They told me they can’t refund or cancel my order, neither can the chat or the phone line. Their phone line also takes over an hour to get ahold of someone that will tell you they need to “escalate the issue” but then the same thing happens where you wait for no response.
