There were empty spots in the buffet the whole time, when I asked when they were being filled, they said they were out and nothing would replace it. This was during dinner at about 5:45 p.m. . They closed half of the dining room to the public which is also shown in the pictures. Every time we go here and find a problem, all we get is excuses. In theory this should be a great place to go, but they often miss the mark. One time we went here and they charged our card 4 more times than we used it the card, and they wouldn’t answer the phone cause they dud it to a bunch of people !

I would literally give this place no stars if possible but since every loser now a days gets a trophy I guess that’s what this place got! First off went through the drive throu for a famous bowl fill up box and a 1 pc breast combo. First off each 5 dollar fill up comes with a cookie. But no guess what they forget once again! Then realizing I hadn’t received a fork I then had to go back to the store almost half way home back to wbl. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Calvin how do you fall asleep the manager and how he has treated issues in the past. In my opinion this place should either be shut down or a new manager should be taking over. This has happened on several occasions now. No fork, no napkins, barely any gravy and they are always forgetting my meal comes with a cookie. Come on It’s not rocket science it’s frying chicken.

This place is only getting worse. From employees treating customers like trash, to managers making excuses for their behavior. The latest however is the skimpy amount of potatoes and forgetting gravy. Don’t waste your money here.

Bought one large fries but got a small size. Not the first time this happened. All the workers act like they don’t care. They look at you like you get what we give you. Understand that we are the ones paying for the food.

Normally pretty good service, but not tonight. Placed a large order and asked, between the two girls at the window screwing around, if my order was complete. They assured me it was so I left and made the trek home. Upon arrival at home I discovered that my order was not complete. I had to go back into town to get the rest of my order and once again I had to wait for the two girls at the window to stop their fun time to get my order.

Wife picked up a family chicken meal with 6 biscuits and a famous bowel, gets home only 4 biscuits and the mash potatoes taste like chemical is my best way to explain it, pretty disappointed when we spent a total of $50 for only to be able to eat the chicken, I do not recommend this place they seem to keep forgetting stuff with the orders and just seem to have gone down hill even more then before. Save your hard earned money for better food

We went here at 9:25 asked for chicken tenders they already turned the fryer off!! Then asked for a chicken sandwich in which she tells us that she would have to clean the surface because she was in the middle of cleaning. She seemed extremely annoyed. She still had 30 mins left before the store closes!! Then we call to speak to a manager and they don’t even answer the phone!! We will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!

Shorted on fries. Maybe 12 pieces. Chicken strips are now half the size that they used to be. You only get 5 strips instead of 6. And the price is up . Also doesn’t taste like KFC Chicken. Kinda bland and dry.
