Very few peas and carrots, no soup, just a dry mess of chicken with a huge crust. I won’t blame the restaurant if the pot pies are pre-made someplace else. If they are made in the restaurant then please make the pot pies creamy with soup and vegetables and cut back the chicken and pie crust by half.

I bought a family meal today. The chicken pieces had feathers and were not cleaned properly. In addition, the lady on the reception was disrespectful. she was rolling her eyes when I told her I need a minute to look at the menus. I am shocked by the chicken’s quality they serve. I made a special trip here from across town, because I wanted to try the new chicken nuggets. They did not disappoint tender, juicy, and full of more white meat than breading unlike some nuggets. Sonja who was working the drive thru had a great personality and was on par with the service you expect at chick fil A. Now my reason for 3 stars, 1. The fries were like luke warm and man the biscuit was so hard if I threw it at your head it would leave a knot. I was just surprised at how someone could grab that, feel it and still put it in my bag for me to consume. Very disappointing

Never had a problem there, until today. Ordered a mac and cheese bowl and fries. Had to go back and got my fries as well as a new bowl. Turns out neither bowl is mac and cheese. They’re mashed potatoes and corn. Someone needs to be fired there.
