First walked into the store and floor was sticky and dirty and every table was dirty like they never come out and clean them. And we got here at 1120 so there was no big rush for lunch which means that they never got cleaned even from the day before. then after waiting for 20 mins for our food they handed us our food on a dirty nasty tray. Horrible dine in experience.

Everytime you order online, you will wait 30 minutes inside waiting for food. No one comes to the front to greet you. Better off ordering all food through drive thru if you choose to eat here . Literally sitting here with a door dasher waiting for orders while 2 employees are on their break.

Went to the drive thru and was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring it out. Not a big deal. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a famous bowl, not only that there was 2 others who were told to go to the front and they ordered after me and got their food before me. Can’t say it was even that busy and one employee was taking a smoke break while I waited. Also the chicken tasted strange so didn’t eat it all.

Went there two times. Both times I ordered 5 chicken bowls. It didn’t take long to get my order. Really clean establishment I thought. Friendly staff. The family really liked the food. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Placed to order online 10 minutes later, and i arrive at the restaurant they have not started yet, so I waited for 15 minutes and finally got my order. KFC needs to keep it up with the service. I noticed that compare before and after covid is not the same and causing too slow going on. Inside the restaurant is not clean, I have seen very dirty floor and cobwebs in some areas…gross…

HORRIBLE! First I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order, then I had to wait 20 minutes for my food! The whole restaurant is nasty! Floors not being sweeped for days, not being mopped (my show STUCK to the floor), counter tops sticky, tables dirty and sticky, drink area not refilled and sticky. While waiting for my food, an elderly gentleman came and asked Dana for strawberry jam, and she THROWS not hands.. THROWS it at him. Then upon getting my food, my tray was DIRTY! How this store is open I have NO clue. They need to shut down and reevaluate their staff and manners

Fries are usually overcooked (almost hard) and way over-salted. Plus started changing meals to try to force their new, terrible nuggets on you. Pay the same price and get less, lower-quality food. Employees are asking for tips now too, so they aren’t paying a liveable wage.

The portions were ridiculously small I ordered a two-piece dark meat and I got a thigh that was Tiny the size of my palm and the leg which was the size of my thumb my husband got white meat the breast was also the size of his palm and he got a wing that had maybe one bite of meat but both definitely had tons and tons of batter which made them look bigger but as soon as you touch them they crumbled apart and looked tiny there was barely any meat and it was just a bit overcooked also they don’t serve two sides anymore with your meal just one side that got reduced in size and the price is tripled in the last year
