Went in around 7pm to pick up a bucket of chicken and coleslaw. My order was taken immediately. Then came the long wait. A woman came in right after I placed my order that had ordered online. I felt sorry for her, she had an even longer wait than I did. At one point I looked over at her and she had her head on the table and looked like she was taking a nap. It was ridiculous how long it was taking. It wasn’t that they were short staffed, I counted 7 people working that I could see. Could have been more back in the kitchen but not sure. Seemed to have enough food available, it was just the boy boxing up the orders moved at a snails pace and looked like he was working on multiple orders without completing any. Finally a woman on the kitchen side said my order was boxed and ready to bag and that he needed to get it out, but he continued to just putz along. She ended up coming out and bagging my order and giving it to me. The online order woman was still waiting for hers as I walked out the door. So much for their “quick mobile pick-up kiosk”. He either needs to pick up his speed or find a different job because he wasn’t worth even minimum wage.

Ordered fill up box, 3pc w/fries, didn’t get fries, got mashed tators n gravy. Fries in box were cold. No honey or butter for biscuits. Ask for hot sauce, got none. $3 for med pop, ridiculous!

Several times I’ve come to this location they have been closed during open hours. Today they messed up my order then when I came back they had a childish reply of “well I geuss” when I asked for more the 2 butter for more the 3 meals….. it’s really not that hard to listen. Messing up sizing and missing food. It also cost 0 dollars to not be rude. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Honestly ridiculous.

The level of incompetence and rudeness is absolutely astounding. Went thru the drive thru within the last hour and was stunned, if you don’t wanna be working a customer service job what the heck are you doing working one. Won’t be returning and I hope the girl working gets fired for the complete lack of customer service skills. Blows my mind how these people have jobs

Stopped by this KFC/Taco Bell location as I was passing through town. Best fast food drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. Tara was our Cashier and she was so friendly and kind but most importantly was so patient with our questions. Everything in our order was made properly and was hot and fresh. Will absolutely stop here again when visiting or driving through town.
