Stopped for lunch. Service was poor. Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and 8 pieces of chicken nuggets. Small corn dogs. The tenders were dry and cold. The fries were so cold I left them. Now the new nuggets were hot and so good I will be ordering them again. Also had A&W at same counter.

As a former employee over 6 years ago I’ve seen the best and worst of a lot of restaurants in the area! But the biggest issue I see is when a restaurant is forced to hire help that should otherwise not be there because the rest of the world refuses to work I hardly blame a restaurant for resorting to keeping employees who should otherwise be unemployed! Yes there is issues there at KFC but there’s also issues at any other store or restaurant, if you want a place to improve then instead of writing a bad review and doing nothing how about getting a job and help fix the problem instead of being part of it?

Didn’t get plastic wear, honey or butter. When we knocked on the window. The young white kid that was at the window rolled his eyes and looked angry that we asked for thouse things. Our Mac ans cheese was still cold like it had been in the refrigerator. And was not warmed up.

Horrible experience! We ordered a 16 piece family meal and instead of getting what it says we are supposed to get on their menu we got 1 breast, 4 wings and 11 drum sticks. The 4 large sides were only filled about half way at most. On a couple of them we could actually see the bottom of the bowl. Our family of 4 should have had left overs but didn’t because of the small amount of food we actually got.

Horrible experience! Ordered on line…waited for over an hour for the order! The chicken was very greasy…and not at all crispy! The tenders were ok, but a little cold. This place has gone to he__. Last time we ordered for delivery…ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and got mac and cheese instead…very disappointing. What has happened to this place????

Oh man where do I start, The management was terrible and rude. The place was a mess, looked so dirty and unorganized, employees were touching and making the food without any gloves or masks on or hair nets. We ordered food and we were waiting for over 30 minutes before we had to remind them to make it, and we still didn’t get our food and we didn’t get a receipt so we just left and went across the street to the McDonald’s where the service was 10x better and we actually got our food. I do not recommend going to this kfc. Go to the McDonald’s across the street.
