Went on Father’s day, right after church, to order a 16 pc all dark meal. They didn’t have any chicken in the warmer or in the fryer. Waited 40 plus minutes for food, got home and was regular meal with half white meat. Sides were old and biscuits were hard. Spent 70 dollars and no one got full. Won’t be doing that again.

We went through the drive thru. Recently moved to Minot and I thought this south location was very convenient to where we live. However after spending 60+ dollars for my family, we were highly disappointed by the food. We ordered a 12 piece bucket but could only order the original instead of crispy. I also ordered 3 extra sides with it plus fries. When we got home we noticed it was only 10 pieces of chicken and maybe a quarter piece of a piece of chicken so like 10.5 instead of 12 pieces. The chicken looked old too and this was around 7pm. It’s likely we will not be back anytime soon. Hopefully the quality can be improved for the price.

I come through regularly getting a popcorn chicken meal, usually they are always very nice and try to help as quick as possible, just recently kfc stopped serving popcorn chicken for a new popcorn nugget and I wasn’t interested but they gladly gave me a small order to try and see if I’d still like my order. Not a fan of the nuggets compared to the old ones but really like that they let me try them and see if id like them and think that’s great service!

I ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings. Nasty, Nasty, onion rings tasted like fish went in garbage. Chicken nuggets soft soggy. Don’t bother telling them it doesn’t matter they received my address to send refun certificate never received.

The staff was very inexperienced or didn’t care. Their prices have rose to outrageous levels. They had us pull around and park in front. That was acceptable but the girl had to run back inside x2 to get napkins (and still didn’t bring enough for the size order we had) and straws. We didn’t realize until it was too late that they didn’t bother to put spoons or sporks in the bag.

This is an old favorite of mine and the staff is usually always nice and friendly even though it can be pretty busy and hectic. It had been well over a year, maybe two since I’d eaten at the Minot Southeast KFC. I wasn’t aware they’d reopened their dining room. I stopped in for a late lunch when I noticed people sitting inside. It was about 3:30pm. The remodel of the dining room looks great and much cleaner. The food tasted good and fresh. I had the two-piece snack and love that I can substitute their coleslaw instead of the mashed w/gravy that I don’t care for. I was disappointed that their oven was broken, and since they were using a large toaster oven in its place, I was informed there was a 50-minute wait for biscuits. So they gave me a packaged chocolate chip cookie in place of a biscuit?! I really like the taste of KFC’s chicken both original recipe (the leg), and extra crispy (the thigh), that’s how I order it, but I had forgotten how tiny their chicken pieces are! So for almost $7, I left hungry!
