I picked up a scheduled meal. I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but it seemed they were slammed with other pre-orders, and I was not overly delayed. Certainly it was not the 1/2 hour+ wait typical of the chronically bad Dickinson location! The food was excellent.

I’ve been to this location a few times now since moving here. Some for myself and some doing door dash. Everytime time I go the employees are rude. There is an older lady with blond hair and a younger girl that always works in the window. I’ve watched them just make people wait forever to be helped. They won’t speak to you unless they absolutely have to and when they do its not with respect. I get it. I’ve managed several quick service concepts. You get busy. You may even be short staffed, however when you actively choose to be rude instead of just quiet cuz your busy that’s not ok. Needless to say for now I think I’m done with this location and won’t be picking up from there anymore. Some district or higher level leadership need to spend some time in this location.

Extremely disappointed!!! We ordered 50 pcs of chicken with 10 sides yesterday to be picked up today at 5:30pm…get there and the store is closed!!! Called them, the poor shift manager said corporate closed them down because of their roof repairs, but claimed he knew nothing about our to go order until we showed up to get it NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING!!! Williston KFC has just lost our business permanently!!! But be very sure to go to DOMINO’S Williston, because they are putting our order through on rush, thank goodness for professionalism at DOMINO’S!!!

Food was pretty good. I got a 12 piece and the extra crispy was so good but the best part was the biscuits . Staff was friendly and service wasn’t bad only had to pull around and wait like 5 minutes for some good chicken.

Purple haired girl “manager” is extremely rude. Seems annoyed to be taking orders was met with multiple eye rolls for orders that didn’t contain any special instruction. Just straight from the menu. She then go mad bc I wouldn’t pull around even tho there were no cars behind me. And she left the order sitting on the counter and refused to give it to us. Just kept smirking until a co worker grabbed it and gave it to us

Beware, the portion sizes are extremely small compared to the pictures they have on the menu. Bowl of Mac n Cheese looks as big as the chicken sandwich, but actually is extremely small. Maybe 4 bites. Same with the fries and slaw. Extremely small portions nowhere near the size advertised.
