This is the 2nd time I ordered online with quick pick-up. 2nd time they did not have what was ordered. Was 15 minutes late getting it, which I get they didn’t have what we ordered. However, they ask for phone number, didn’t call. When I said something the girl was less than nice.

Extremely slow service, had to wait for over 30 minutes for a Doordash order to be ready and it was just chicken. They didn’t seem to start it until we got to the drive thru window, as for the drive through it took nearly 5-8 minutes for each car to get their food. Would recommend Popeyes if you’d like good chicken served in a decent amount of time

You have a sign in your window asking for reviews, so here you go. First, you have seven potholes in your drive through that are 12-14″ deep, that is astonishing. I drive a Jeep and still have to drive around them. Second, when i got to the window you didn’t have fries, so you asked if I wanted a different side. I said sure, onion rings. But you refused that because they are an up charge. So instead of absorbing a few dollars to satisfy a customer you sent me to park out front (for 13 minutes) waiting for fries. You need to train your managers to make better decisions. The past five visits to your location have been problematic; from the drive thru being closed at 3PM, the lobby is perma-closed, I’m notified that you don’t have what I ordered after I ordered and waiting in line for 15 minutes to get to the window. get your S*** together. That was my last ever visit. Hello Wendy’s across the street.

We pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order a 16 piece chicken meal. It’s literally on their menu. Right there in black and white. I’ve been to many KFC’s where I order this meal and it’s no big deal. The girl at the intercom gets nervous and says, “16 piece?! Like…is that a pick up order?!” So I say no ma’am just a drive thru order? She says to wait a minute. After a bit she comes back and sounds nervous and says we only have 15 pieces of chicken and it’s going to take half an hour to make anymore. And we only have dark meat. Maybe we can give you like some tenders?… Who is managing this place? Because they aren’t doing what they are paid to do. Coach, teach, and train. I’m not mad at the girl at the window, but the higher ups who aren’t teaching these kids how to keep the place running as it should. I’ve heard too many people complain they aren’t paid enough to care. You accepted the job for the pay you receive right? Hold up to your end till you find something you feel is worth your efforts. But don’t throw these people working for you in the deep end and expect them to swim.

This place should be shut down. Over the past couple times I have been here not only has the service been terrible but they get the order wrong almost every single time. Yesterday after waiting half my lunch break to get my lunch I get back to work only to find out I have the completely wrong order. So I go back and go inside only to find an absolutely disgusting establishment. I was blown away with how long it’s been since they’ve cleaned anything in this restaurant. The counters were filthy, the floors were covered in mud. Not to mention the building is falling apart and there’s such huge holes in the parking lot that you can barely drive through it. Even if their lobby is closed to the public that does not mean they don’t need to clean the restaurant at all. It was so bad that I’m honestly thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau to check that out because they’re going to get somebody sick. Needless to say the second time I went back they still got my order wrong again. Do yourself a favor and never ever go to this place!
