Got told “hang on a minute” right away in drive thru. Then what had to be 10 minutes later, got to give our order. Then waited more. Then got the new meal box. It had Mac and cheese on the box and there isn’t Mac and cheese in it. Luckily we noticed it before we were wearing it. The food was good. Especially because we haven’t had it in a while. We don’t live close enough to one at home. We are visiting family. Last time we go to that one for sure.

I went in yesterday to pick up some sides. The workers were very nice. They were working very fast to get the orders out. The inside was a little dark as far as lighting went. The food was good as was fresh. They may want to update the look of the dinning room to make it brighter. The food and service was great.

Staff was good. The new chicken sandwich was pretty good. Very similar to Popeye’s a little more crunchy. A little less tasty and a little more dry. Their famous bowl here was a loss. Mostly potato and not much for flavor.

If you do delivery gig work avoid this place like the plague. I have had 3 consecutive orders in both day and night where I have been told its going to be at least 30 minutes to even start cooking the food, let alone be ready for delivery. All this while taking customer orders and serving them food no problem. They don’t care about that end of their business. It isn’t worth the drive and waste of time/opportunity.

Chicken bowl only had 4 small pieces of chicken. We have ordered here before and always had an adequate amount of chicken. I did not get sauce that I ordered with my nuggets. Nuggets were smaller than I expected but tasty

All dining tables were dirty, pop machine had no ice, had to ask for some. After waiting 20 minutes in thier lobby and seeing 4 walking and 2 drive through after us get served ,I had to walk up to the counter and ask about our food. Someone had cleared the screen without making it. Ended up wiping my own table with my own wipes from me purse. There a total of q hr and 5 minutes and the tables were never cleaned. Workers just walking around the kitchen with thier cups and talking. Seemed as though only 1 staff member remotely cared about getting customers thier food. He kept running behind the rest of them

Got there at 8:40pm and the lobby door was already locked. Went to the drive through girl had lack luster attitude. There were at least four people inside and it still took fifteen minutes to get my order. The new chicken and waffle sandwich was really good. The lack of baked beans made me sad and the potato wedges I got were not very good.
