The chickens that they’re using nowadays must have some kind of growth deficiency because everything’s much smaller the wings you can’t even call them wings and the other parts are much smaller also so to me the price should come down to match their smaller pieces of chicken the pandemic is over so then they should get back to normal or closer than they are!!!!!

Although the food was fast and good the service wasn’t good. When we got there, the cashier was outside smoking then came in a few minutes later to take our order. When we were eating we needed more BBQ sauce, but we saw the man outside smoking again and scrolling through he’s phone.

Went through the drive thru and there was miscommunication based on what I ordered. Went inside to get it fixed. Needless to say Veronica gave me exceptional customer service. She listened to my needs and delivered. She was so friendly and nice! This is incredibly hard to find these days. I am also in the food industry and understand the issues that happen between the customer and the employee on a day to day basis. KFC is very lucky to have you running there facility.
