This KFC is always out of chicken pot pie. ALWAYS TOLD COOKING BE READY IN 20 MIN. Why don’t you just take it off your menu. Doesn’t matter what day it’s always, we’re out 20 min, so I think they don’t like selling them.

The girl at the window never checked the order no sauces in the box didn’t explain the replacement for not having the fries I ordered something else at the window messed that up until someone else to the window and corrected it when I reached home I called and they hung up o. My first time ordering from this location and I’m very disappointed. She got my order wrong and gave me regular instead of crispy and didn’t put my coleslaw with my order. The chicken has an awful taste, looked like it was boiled and smelled horrible…we basically forced ourselves to eat because we were so hungry. Out of the 16 pieces, we ate 4(usually we can finish the entire bucket.) the quality was just horrible, definitely not coming back to this location.

I went there at dinner time with my coupon and they told me they are out of chicken. I said how long until more is ready and they said there won’t be. I had to leave mad and hungry and in disbelief. Also, at night in drive thru, even when no one else is in line they are telling us to rebackup behind the cone after we pay. This is for no reason except so that we can’t see what they are doing to our food, and that they don’t want us staring at them, and that they don’t want to look at us. An employee I know there told me that is the reason why they have us move back behind the cone after we pay where they can’t see us at the drive thru. How is this aloud?
