Good luck getting any KFC chicken. If you attempt to go to this location after 6 pm its a coin toss whether or not you will get any. The excuses are “we dont make chicken this close to closing” or “sold out”. You mean you cant make my daughter chicken nuggets at 8:30pm when you close at 11:00pm. This happened 2 days ago. I’ve tried getting buckets of chicken from this place around 7pm and was told a couple times “we dont have any more” This location just wants to serve taco bell. Fine, than take the KFC name off your sign.

Stopped in at this location ordered a k1 and 2 Chipotle ranch burritos drove back to the job site. Notice I was only given the chicken. Try calling nobody picked it up. I had a very upset employee. Who was looking forward to those burritos. He ended up going to Subway. Wasn’t about to drive 10 minutes back to the location to get two burritos.

When I arrived at the west Chicago restaurant there were people waiting at the front counter and no one would respond to them or myself until I pressed to get help. Then the server took her order and filled it before she took my order , which is how it should have been, then she walked away and didn’t say anything. the register wouldn’t let me pay. I waited 5 min before she responded and and I was able to pay. She walked away again and I waited 10 more minutes before I had to request help again. I asked if anyone was serving the front counter and the manager asked where I went when the woman in front of me was served. I told him I was there the whole time .There was a long drive up line and they said my order had to be in with theirs. I came into the building so I wouldn’t be sitting in a long line outside. If KFC doesn’t train workers to use better communication and customer service. I surely will be choosing another place to purchase my food.
